- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you decide to work with Honeybees Cleaning Services, we will keep everything straightforward. That's our approach when doing business: We have six steps we follow: 1) Initial Contact: Connect with the customer and understand their needs or goals. 2) Proposal: Present a clear and tailored proposal or plan. 3) Agreement: Discuss terms and come to an agreement. 4) Execution: Start working on the project or deliver the product/service. 5) Feedback: Get the customer's feedback and make adjustments if needed. 6) Follow-Up: Stay in touch to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at companies like Avid Medical and Lab Baxter and Shire Medical facilities, where I performed sterilization and deep cleaning from the ceiling to the floor. I also have experience working in nursing homes and hotels in both cleaning and management roles. With a vast background in these areas, I bring a wealth of experience to every cleaning task.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a big family, and my grandmother always told me, "Cleanliness is close to godliness." This instilled in me a lifelong love for cleaning. Every Saturday, we would get up, listen to music, and just have fun cleaning the house. Then we would go shopping. This routine has stayed with me.
