Scheduling and booking were quick and easy. The local office got in touch and stayed in touch. They answered all of my questions and were upfront about pricing and day of planning. I had two movers who were polite, quick, careful and very accommodating. They even moved things around a few times for me in the new location. The only downside for me was that they were almost an hour late. However, when booking they inform you that the arrival window can be up to an hour flex, so once again they were upfront and no matter the time they start you get the hours you book for. Minimum booking of two hours was perfect for me. They finished a bit early with the move and then moved boxes so I could get to my Christmas decor. I would definitely recommend them for a move or labor help. Overall very satisfied.

Starting at $129 Truck & Travel Fee 2 Hunks at $109 Per Hour 3 Hunks at $163.50 per hour. General 2 hour minimum per project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we offer a free onsite estimate for larger jobs and a phone estimate for smaller ones. Once they book, we send a welcome email, SMS, and make a welcome call. Then, 3 days before the move, we send a reminder via email, SMS, and a confirmation call to ensure everything is set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide in-house professional move training for our team, which lasts two weeks. This hands-on training ensures that all of our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to handle moves efficiently and safely.
