Pros: They quoted me a really good deal and at least from photos they sent me seemed to have done a good job cleaning! I haven't gone seen in person yet, but so far I do trust they did a good job cleaning. Ginger was really responsive and was quick to send a crew out, that was very much appreciative. And did send me photos upon request. Cons: I had to reach out twice just to check on their status. I assumed I would at least get a text that says when someone arrives at a property. They gave an approximate arrival time between 9-10am. I waited till after 12pm to message them to see if they arrived. Ginger did say they arrived at 10am and then they will be done around 1pm. And then I reached out around 3:30pm to ask if they were done because I didn't get any notification of if they completed their job. I get that it's busy, but just found it odd I had to do the reaching out to get an update. I'm not physically there so I have no way of knowing when someone enters the property. Or at least tell me when it was done. Second issue I had was that some items were thrown out like my Simple Human shower caddy and shower curtain and rod. I understand my items weren't not upright only because contractors recently went through fixing up the place. But I would have appreciated a message or a call to ask if it's okay to throw something away. Or just put it aside if they are uncertain. They said it was moldy but I saw it recently and did not think it was. So I'm disappointed that my $140 shower caddy was tossed. Whether an item is cheap or not, it's not up to the cleaners to make a call of tossing items away without asking for permission.

Great value for the money. We keep a pretty clean house but appreciate someone for the details. Most cleaning services charge a rate based on square footage and a base service. We love the flexibility of our time at a flat rate. Alicia even helped organize the master closet after the clean. Strongly recommend!!
