After getting quotes from over five companies. We appreciated the energy and desire to get our business. Layne continued to follow up and see what he could do to earn our business.The process is complex, and subcontractors were not always responsive, weather didnt cooperate, but we got communication on plans and next steps. Such a major construction project and we had water in the pool with 6wks of breaking ground.Another element that Bluefin excelled in Is materials. Im extremely pleased with our equipment (variable speed pump, DE filter, salt system, color LED lighting, etc.), and the install setup is top notch. Bluefin was so easy to work with on tweaks and changes we made; the waterline tile is exactly what we wanted for hardly an upcharge, Layne worked so diligently with us to assure the waterfall stone and coping were matched like we wanted - so happy with the outcome! Layne also supplied us with a top notch Polaris robot cleaner controlled by wifi - sweet!I could nitpick some of the details of work done by subcontractors, but that stuff happens. Overall, we are very satisfied with our pool, and have recommended Bluefin to our friends and neighbors. We feel that we got much more in quality with Bluefin for a favorably competitive price!

Layne with BlueFin Pools has been awesome to work with and has always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The pool was done very quick and only delays were due to weather! The city of Lumberton gave us some issues but Layne and his team quickly came up with some great resolutions that still gave us the beautiful pool we desired. BlueFin Pools is not a done and run business, they are a partner and Layne is still supporting us and and answering any questions we have. I would recommend BlueFin Pools and give them 5 stars!

Layne and company built out pool in record time. We were swimming in just over a month from the day we signed a contract. He even checked in on us after the freeze and storms. Great company and people! We love our Bluefin pool and spa.
