- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As Notaries we can only charge up to the state set rates for notarizations. Our time and travel distance is up to the individual Notary to decide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Notary, I cannot and will not give legal advice because I’m not an attorney. I will give you options on acknowledgements or jurats. I will not use my stamp to make a dollar when I know ethically something is wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to educate myself for my clients by attending National Notary Association events and conferences yearly.
