- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always like to offers reasonable prices to my customers. If I have to lower my price on labor I will.... my goal is not the project my goal is to make my customer happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is very unique sometimes they give us the opportunity to share ideas with them for a better result of their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before owning my own business I worked with different Fencing company that require trainning and skills.
