- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a same day guarantee: if we can't get to your home and repair your system the same day, then you don't pay for the diagnostic call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we schedule an appointment, we will send a technician out to the job. If customer is looking to replace the system we will evaluate the current system and scope out a replacement system. If the customer is looking to repair their system, we will diagnose the problems, then communicate with the customer and recommend ways to move forward with repairs before doing any work. Payment is collected at the completion of the job.
