We were so thrilled to find Daniel and his helper from R&R Ponds. They were such a big help getting our water feature back up running. They came out on a Saturday to get the job done. I will definitely be calling him again if we have any other problems. I highly recommend R&R Ponds.

UPDATE: Since this first review, Daniel did come back and has worked with me on every other issue I had. He explained he had other jobs he couldn't get out of. I updated the review to 4 stars based on the quality of his work. I only left one star off due to the lack of communication. I do plan to use his company again next year when I expand my pond. *************************************** I was hoping to give Daniel a positive review. Once he was here he did the job I needed him to do. It did seem he was learning on the job , as if he had done this before under someone else’s supervision, but not in his own. Still he did what seemed a decent job. The problem was how he ended it. He left the house without even saying he was leaving. No walk-through of the job site. Unsurprisingly, I found out that there were three items left either faulty or undone. I communicated for several weeks with him on text, and he has been ghosting me. Finally at the end of last week he said “I will be there soon”, so I canceled an appointment. He didn’t show up again. I wrote him and asked him what he had meant by “soon”. He said “Saturday or Sunday”. It was a Friday. Saturday and Sunday came and went. I wrote him again and again, silence. So, at this point I will have to hire someone else to come repair Daniel’s work. It’s a shame. I really wanted to stay positive as I had additions to do to that feature. I like working with small startup companies to “help the small guy”. This time it bit me. I would not recommend R&R Ponds and I would not hire them again. If anyone knows of anyone else who can contact me to help repair R&R’s work please contact me.

R&R Ponds were a miracle for me! I was out of town when a pipe had burst. I had already lost a few of my very beloved fish. I was in emergency mode with nobody to help until R&R promptly replied to my request and promptly gathered the needed supplies and headed my direction within 15 minutes. The job done was of upmost quality and he took time to inspect my pond to ensure I wouldn’t have any other unexpected problems. Daniel and his team ensured to care for my fish so I would not lose anymore by adding a bubbler and shade. Not to mention, they were swift!! My pond went from disaster to fixed within 1.5hrs (only bc Daniel had to drive 1hr each way) I don’t know what I would have done had it not been this amazing, kind, professional business. Thank you!!
