- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know that I provide a very competitive price for my services and that I am willing to match or beat a competitor price for similar services in their area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer requests my services, I quickly reach out to them through text, phone, or email to confirm the date and time they are requesting my services and possibly change to a date or time that is mutually convenient for me and the customer. I will also let them know that I am looking forward to meeting with them for their job since it will be my first time working with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Helped my mother clean her house when I was younger and also working with a family member cleaning commercial and residential properties for two and a half years.
