We had a sudden shower tile issue in our historic home after the recent freezing weather, and I reached out to Los Alvarez and Reyes, as well as several other contractors, immediately. Los Alvarez and Reyes responded most promptly, provided photos of their work, and -- after viewing the photos of my existing shower -- made a quote for labor that was reasonable and good value. They acquired all materials and provided me with prompt receipts, stepping up when the tile I had ordered twice from Lowe's was not fulfilled due to a "systemic failure" in their ordering system. Los Alvarez and Reyes took care of the problem, literally going the extra mile to get the tile I needed. The work is a beautiful upgrade to the cheap 4x4 the flipper of this house had previously used. Los Alvarez and Reyes showed up when they said they would, worked long hours, and got the job completed quickly. We are more than satisfied. We will reach out again for other needs in this old house. Recommend highly!

Angelica was so communicative and helped us through scheduling our appointment, making sure we had all of the supplies (and the option of whether we wanted to buy our own or have them buy it), sending an itemized receipt, and being super clear in the communication. As someone who is new to any home renovations, I appreciated how responsive she was to all of my bajillion questions. She even messaged me to follow up on the project once completed. Cristian then helped us installed everything. He spent time removing the concrete to lay a solid foundation for our shower that was previously missing. He was thorough and flexible, fixing any spots we pointed out no matter how minor. We love how our tiled shower floor turned out! The first picture is right after completion, so not yet cleaned up as we are waiting for the grout to dry. The second picture is a before image of my boyfriend right after we demo-ed the shower ourselves due to a shower pan leak. Christian is extremely hardworking AMAZING for the price we were quoted. Overall, we would definitely hire the Los Alavarez & Reyes team again!

This company is a find! They did a fantastic job on my marble floor and shower tile. Every detail was beautifully done. They were much more reasonably priced than all the other bids, plus they finished the job earlier than predicted. Angelica was very responsive and kept me updated on everything. It was a pleasure dealing with Angelica and her husband Cristian for my Tile job. Communication with Angelica was always punctual, helpful and very friendly! Cristian came out to do my bathroom floor tile and had it completely done and grouted in one day. I was very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely call them again in the future.
