What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive with other companies, and quotes are based off of each individual homes needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do the work personally at least the first time so that I have a feel for the home and the homeowners individual needs. This way I’m able to relay this to my employee.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning houses in 1995 as a single Mom to help with extra income. I liked it so much that I started doing it full time for a company until I started my own in 2005!
