Hello, I’m Tessa and it’s wonderful to meet you. I’ve done the hard work for you – I’ve completed the trainings, I’ve practiced yoga and mediation myself for hundreds and hundreds of hours, I’ve led countless people through this powerful practice. And now I’d love to work one on one with you to get you where you want to be much faster, and with less pain (physical and emotional!). But how is that even possible? I know that you truly unique, and you need something different than what your spouse needs, what your best friend needs, or what your mom tells you that you need. That’s why my first priority is to understand your challenges and look deeply at your ideal outcomes. Then, we work together to create a program that will take you step by step to achieving your goals. Usually that each session of the program includes conversation, movement, and meditation. But it is always guided by you and your needs, and always meets you where you are at at that particular moment. So if you are on your cycle or drank too much coffee or strained your neck yesterday, we adjust. There is no “wrong”, no “mistakes”, no “failure”, just us working together one step at a time in the direction of your goals. I appreciate Tessa’s professionalism and truly feel that she uses both of our time valuably. I’d thought about private classes for awhile but wasn’t too sure about the investment - I totally get it now! Tessa is SO attentive to my old injuries, and since there are no other students we’ve made way more progress on my aches & pains than in group classes I’ve been too. Also... I secretly hope we can be besties! :D

I studied meditation with Tessa. I am not new to meditation, yet I learned a great deal! The techniques she introduced have strengthened my practice and helped me grow. Tessa is very patient and kind. I've had hip and back pain for almost half my life. She takes her when moves take me longer and gives alternatives when I get frustrated with poses I can't figure out. She is a wonderful instructor with a warm heart. I look forward to our continued work together.

I attended 2 meditation classes taught by Tessa. She presented the techniques clearly for beginners, while challenging experienced students to achieve higher levels. Tessa is a gifted, intuitive instructor. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will be better for the experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work with long term clients, as that is the best way to see and feel real results. Therefore, I typically request a minimum commitment from you of 8 sessions. I also love working with groups from businesses! Yoga and meditation are perfect offerings for any wellness day or corporate bonding experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule your Informational Video Call. We will get to know each other a little bit, answer any questions you may have, talk about pricing, and make sure we are a good fit. 2. Set up your Discovery Session. This is usually a 30 minute session where you can get a sample of what it’s like to work one on one with me. 3. Book your package! I prefer to work with long term clients, as that is the best way to see and feel real results. Therefore, I typically request a minimum commitment from you of 8 sessions. 4. Enjoy knowing that you are taking steps to improve your life!
