I have over 10 years experience of practicing yoga and have been teaching since 2017. I have earned my 255-hour yoga teacher training and am always dedicated to developing myself as a teacher and student. It is my deep passion to share this practice's healing and transformative powers as I guide my clients through an exceptional yoga practice leaving you better than when you arrived. Through my business Connect Yoga, I am incredibly blessed and grateful to share my expertise with you through a private 1-on-1 session or group session.
Whether you are looking to address any physical ailments, relieve tension and stress, build mobility and flexibility, or promote more mindfulness, I've got you covered! We'll incorporate movement, meditation, and breath work and may use healing tools such as sound healing and myofascial release to encourage harmony with the mind, body, and spirit.
