It's common for people to start their yoga journey in group yoga classes. Unfortunately, many of these classes move too quickly and offer very little support. Students can leave feeling defeated, disappointed or frustrated.

This is where I come in!
I'm Anna 👋 I'm a private yoga teacher, which means I work 1-on-1 with individuals (and sometimes small groups) to help them practice yoga safely, easily and confidently. I'm an ERYT200 + RYT500 with 1500+ hours of yoga teaching experience!
In therapeutic yoga, you'll ⬇️
〰 Focus on & interpret what things feel like in your body, so you understand your own body's sensations, signals, & cues
〰 Incorporate props in your practice (yoga blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, etc.) so that you can support your body where it is right NOW
〰 Uncover and enhance YOUR body's unique movement patterns so that you can feel better long-term
〰 Learn various therapeutic tools that you can access anytime, such as somatics, myofascial release, breathing exercises, meditation, visualization and more

🌟 1-ON-1 PRIVATE SESSIONS ⬇️
1️⃣ Check the availability I listed at the top of this section. Please make sure you're available on the days I've outlined, as these are the only slots I have available for private clients. (If you cannot meet on these days, I respectfully ask that you don't reach out. This will require me to pay for a lead [you] that I cannot accommodate.) 2️⃣ If this works for you, reach out! You’ll receive the link to an intake form. This form will help inform what we will do during our Intro session, and also includes your liability waiver.
3️⃣ Next, we’ll complete your Intro Session. At this “meet-and-greet”, you’ll experience a personalized yoga practice with me as your instructor, and we’ll determine if this is a good fit.
4️⃣ If we are, you'll be invited to become a client! 👏 All new clients start out with a 12-session contract. This makes committing to yourself easy, and it offers time for sustainable progress to occur. Sessions will be completed on either a biweekly (6 months) or monthly (12 months) schedule.

2️⃣ If this works for you, reach out! We'll clarify the date, time, location and intention for your private event.
3️⃣ Next, you'll receive your event quote. If you'd like to reserve your event, 50% of the deposit will be due. The remaining 50% will be due at least one week before the event. I can provide mats and props for up to 10 attendees at no extra cost, just ask!
4️⃣ You can expect to hear from me 48 hours before your event for confirmation. I’ll arrive 15 - 30 minutes early on event day to set up the space. Then you can get on your mat, relax, and enjoy your yoga event!
