I put customer satisfaction first and communication is golden.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally walk the property take a look at the existing condition of the windows then I give an example on how I will approach each piece of glass. I also go over what would be considered an additional charge that way everything is agreed-upon up front and I always challenge myself to save the customer money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in residential and small commercial projects. Everything from maintenance and to make ready deep cleaning.
