- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cakes start at $3.75/ serving and are priced based on servings needed, design, and flavor chosen. Since each cake is an individual work of art, we price them independently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first establish that we are available for the client's event date. We do tend to book up pretty far in advance. If the order is for a larger event, we like to meet with the client for a consultation and tasting. This is where we get a feel for what the customer wants, and provide a quote and plan for the order. We do deliver all sweets to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained Pastry Chef who attended The Culinary Institute LeNotre in Houston, TX. I graduated in 2007 as Sous Chef de Patisserie. I did a short internship with The Houston Country Club, and decided I wanted to start my own company making special occasion desserts.
