We noticed some water pooling by the front door of our storefront and soaking up the drywall during a thunderstorm. I called All Ways after hours for help and they were they within an hour, and figured out where the water was coming in. Then, when they removed a portion of drywall to start drying everything out, they noticed a huge termite issue. If they wouldn't have found that, I'm afraid a wall would have fallen on a customer at some point. The boards were so eaten they were spongy. I could break them with my hands! All Ways saved us during the emergency and identified things that could have been far worse in the future. And, we will be working with them on a remodel to restore the damage.

Left for vacation and got back and a water line had broke in the upstairs bathroom. Good team. Showed up fast and dried it all out in a couple of days.
