- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All mold prevention inspections are FREE! Also, water damage is more often than not, covered by home owners insurance. Our clients often never receive a bill from us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call is always step one. If you have a flood, leak or any suspected amount of water damage, we can have our technicians at your home for a free inspection within 30 minutes. Our Technicians come in with thermal cameras, moisture meters, and boot covers for a detailed inspection, outlining how far the damage has gone as well as how our team may go about restoring your home to normal! Throughout the process, our clients can rest assured that we will be CLEAN, quick, and respectful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration.
