I hired Conner and his crew from Imperium to replace the weather worn siding and to paint my 28 year old house. My house sits on top of a hill and is exposed to all of the variations of Texas weather. The specifications for my project were unique and included installing Zip R-3 sheathing, a ventilated rainscreen, and James Hardie siding. I also asked Conner to replace two French doors, install two sliding glass doors, and one window.The installation of a ventilated rain screen is not a standard specification for building contractors in our area. A rainscreen is a way to clad an exterior wall to make it less likely to suffer moisture problems that lead to rot, peeling paint, and mold. I was willing to spend a little extra money to add a rainscreen to my siding project to make the exterior of my house bomb proof to the Texas weather.Conner and his crew tackled this project and diligently completed it within budget. The crew did a good job of cleaning up the job site every day and at project completion. I would hire Conner and his Imperium crew again for my next home improvement project.

We absolutely LOVE our new windows. I wanted black on the exterior and white on the interior and they came out perfectly. Zach was so great to work with (he recommended swapping out our smaller windows for bigger bay windows which we love!!) and the install crew was clean, respectful and worked quickly. So thankful we went with this company!

We had a good experience with Imperium Exteriors. They did a great job replacing and painting the window trim. They also fixed up and resealed the siding around the house. We asked them to come back a couple of times to touch up stuff, and they responded quickly and came back.

I had the best experience with Conner at Imperium Exteriors. The estimate was competitive and they arrived when they said they would. The work was done in a professional manner. With my critical eye looking over the jobs completion I could find nothing to critique. They passed with flying colors. To add, just as importantly as a fine job there was no collateral damage done to anything while performing their work. I have nothing but praise for this team. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were not only Prompt but had pride in their work. Its getting Hard to find either of those these days much less both.

The crew was great! They worked really well as a team to make sure they were able to finish without inconveniencing me and they kept me informed with their progress during the day.The windows look great! I am very pleased with the windows and the service. Cant wait to get the bay window done.
