- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-home estimates are free and can be scheduled by calling or messaging us. We do offer multi-room discounts, and run special promotions from time to time. Pricing depends on several factors including total surface area, size of the tile, grout line size and type, whether the sealant is clear or needs to color-match a specific color etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an in-home estimate to ensure we fully capture the expectations, needs, and constraints for the project. It is also an opportunity to confirm that potential underlying issues are not overlooked, and educate our clients where applicable. Most estimate visits take 15 minutes or less. We guarantee a 24hr or less turn time on the estimate, but strive to get it emailed on the same day as the estimate visit. The client can "Accept" the estimate online, which then triggers a call from our scheduling team to get the project scheduled. Our Service platform ensures that we communicate at every step of the process through automated text and email messages or calls. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians must have industry experience prior to joining our team, and they are fully cross trained and periodically evaluated by our Lead Service Technician, a veteran of our industry with more than 25 years experience.
