I have 21+years of working in the hight tech software industry with focus on business strategy, technology consultation, negotiations, team building, performance management, career growth and organizational management. I have built, led, and managed teams across the USA, India, and Europe. Through out my career in the tech industry I have interviewed over 200 candidates and I'm a hiring manager who makes the ultimate decision of hiring candidates after interviews as part of my day job at a high tech company. I have mentored and coached smart people whom supervised in my managerial roles. I have worked with cross functional teams, 3ed party vendors and C suit leadership. This has provided me insights into building relationships across an organization and outside an organization, negotiation skills, problem solving, inter personal relationships, metric based success measurement, financial planning & management, presentation and effective communication skills. I have Master’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology,India.
