What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it is a fixed rate based on mental, emotional, and psychic energy for the exchange. I invest fully emotionally and mentally when I read for someone so to feel fairly compensated and balanced I ask for what my prices are listed at.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a phone call or Skype call. From there, I ask what the client would like the reading to be focused on, I begin with a prayer and start the session. I read in different layouts and typically will go case by case for the layout I use with the client. I will explain the card fully, but typically I read from an intuitive and emotionally felt space. The cards are a tool and a format to expand upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have received has been informal and mostly based from experience and research.
