Our pool had a significant leak issues requiring a diagnostic to assess the source. Jacob responded to my request quickly and was able to identify the source of the problem (cracked skimmer) within minutes of evaluating the pool. His knowledge of pool systems and equipment is top rate compared to other professionals I have worked with over the last few years. After replacing the skimmer, he also helped refinish some concrete decking that another service poorly finished when we replaced the other skimmer a couple years ago. Great to have a service that prioritizes quality of work over just taking on high volume jobs. I highly recommend Texas Pool Gurus for anything from simple maintenance to complex troubleshooting.
