I needed an "on site" opinion about whether or not I could remove a large chunk of concrete safely (in order to install deck boards where the concrete was), and Ash came out and had some great ideas and input. Namely, hire somebody to "shave" the concrete down a few inches and install the deck on top of it. Less hassle, less danger and potential structural problems. Then after driving all the way out to my home, Ash didn't charge me any money even though we had agreed upon a price ahead of time! I'll definitely be hiring Ash in the future (and hopefully actually paying him).

Ash is a true professional. I approached Ash to help with a challenging remodel of our 1960’s home, and the removal of walls on our main floor. From the initial drawings to assessing the work of our contractor, having Ash’s expertise gave my husband and I peace of mind. We even worked with a very difficult contractor, and Ash took the initiative to speak with him to help him understand the structural load and handled him professionally. He explained the very technical details to me clearly and provided all the documentation I needed for my permit. 11/10 I would recommend.
