Initial experience was prompt and great assessment of what repairs my system needs. He flagged all items and scheduled to return. Date was then pushed out to Saturday, which worked fine so that it could all be done in one day. However, he never returned to do the job and now doesn’t respond to messages or calls. So I will need to go with another company.
