Introduction
I am an Austin resident of 11+ years and hold a Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 certificate.
In addition to studying wine, I also work full-time at a winery in the Texas Hill Country and have first-hand experience in the vineyards, production facility, and tasting room. I am passionate about wines and am excited to guide you through your new wine journey!
During our initial visit, I will help you draft some wine-related learning objectives, and I will use those objectives to develop your curriculum. If you're just looking to brush up on a single topic, I can also offer an a la carte tutoring session.

Wine at Grace's will transport you to the Texas Hill Country while she takes you through the different grape regions and the history that makes them so special to each bottle. This is a fun, immersive tasting for wine lovers and beginners. Already looking forward to the next one!

Grace harnesses the perfect balance of wine knowledge and a down-to-earth approach. She made learning about wine easy to digest for people at all levels and extremely enlightening which is a hard thing to do. Seriously the most enjoyable, casual, personable, informative, and enlightening experience with Grace. Hard to find this kind of value and breadth of knowledge all in one place. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting from out of town or locals alike!

I had a blast learning from Grace! She makes wine so approachable and interesting to learn about. We talked about so many different facets of wine — production, grape varieties, countries of origin, flavors and tasting notes, wine shopping tips, local winemakers, and so much more!

Grace is incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, friendly, and kind (not so easy to find in the wine education world!). In the time we worked together, I feel like I got a Master's degree in wine. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. I passed my test with flying colors and not to mention, made a new friend in the process. Couldn't recommend her more.

I took Grace's Texas Wine class and loved it! Time with Grace is perfect for both locals looking to learn more about Texas wineries and visitors interested in the region's wine scene. I'm gradually learning more about wine and still get nervous talking about it to experts, but Grace was super approachable and made me feel comfortable asking all of my questions. Grace is very knowledgeable about Texas wine; I learned so much in my time with her. I even picked up a few tips on tasting and ordering wine at restaurants. I enjoyed this experience so much that I've already secured Grace's assistance in selecting wines for my wedding next month.
