I'm Jesse and I've taught in fitness for years! I've started teaching self defense and have a brand that is all to my own...Ballbusting! You and your friends learn how to properly kick, knee, hammer fist a man while cheering each other on with signs. I have contests and props but the essentials are super important. After everyone learns the moves they are offered to kick, knee, or punch for real. This is essential to the Ballbusters motto which is you are only as good as your worst practice. If you want to be prepared for the worst case scenario you need to practice, so lets bust some balls!

Jesse is great at explaining the purpose of the course and how to effectively do all of the moves. He allows you to practice in a safe and comfortable environment. Highly recommend attending some of his classes!

Jesse is extremely professional. All females should feel safe to walk around and not feel like their life is in danger. As a mom, I have to ensure the safety of my child, in addition to myself. Knowing the techniques Jesse teaches and having the confidence to know how to respond in situations that unfortunately are inevitable in this world, are necessary. It’s sad that we have to be able to protect ourselves as females just taking a walk around town. But having the confidence to know that if I am in an unfortunate situation, I can defend myself is priceless. I highly recommend Ballbusters. And come on, who doesn’t want to have a little bit of fun at the same time you’re learning to defend yourself?
