• Keep reading to find out the real reason ‘crazy-good’ contractors WON’T work with you.
• Also, learn how chasing ‘MULTIPLE QUOTES’ for your project is likely to waste thousands of your hard-earned dollars!
But first, let me introduce myself…
I’m James, a crazy-good contractor who lives in Austin.
I'm obsessed with fixing roofing problems for homeowners.
Even if it means providing you with all the evidence you need to make your case to your insurance company (for FREE).
I’m dedicated to delighting homeowners I work with, and I follow a strict DAILY PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROUTINE as I’m determined to reach the very top (of customer happiness).
I also have an obscene success rate landing clients due to my top construction and customer service skills…
Clients are happy to pay me a lot of money to solve their roofing, windows, and siding problems.
Quotes like this are typical:
“While my house was under contract for sale, a massive hailstorm destroyed my roof. Needing to get it fixed quickly, I reached out to James who’d previously done work for us. He was able to quickly survey my roof based on video and pictures and surmised that based on visible damage that I likely needed it replaced. He assisted in following up with my adjuster after I made the claim, was able to confirm and start work quickly, communicated proactively throughout the process, finished the work ahead of schedule AND under my budget. Absolutely recommend hiring them for any roofing needs.”

Why You WON’T Notice if You’ve Hired a Master Contractor or a ‘Dollar-Per-Square-Foot’ Novice That Could RUIN Your Home!
The market is flooded with thousands of people calling themselves ‘contractors’... though the vast majority of them are actually ‘handymen’ (97%).
The difference between the two is subtle, but at the same time, it’s huge.
You see, if you take a ‘mainstream’ contractor they will only try to COMPLETE your project today which does very little when it comes to your peace of mind over next year or two or ten...
They fix your problem and leave you to deal with any issues that bubble up later (weather related or otherwise).
...yes, average warranties are worthless.
A crazy-good contractors will guide you to make the best decision & make sure you’re getting the highest and best use of your hard-earned cash (beyond the standard factory warranty).
And unless you’re a trained contractor who buys (not sells) roofs everyday... that has mastered the art of project management, customer satisfaction, then you’re not going to notice it.
The two roles are not interchangeable.
A good, handyman DOES NOT make a crazy-good roofing or siding contractor (and vice versa).
Although they both fix problems, they are two completely different skills.
In most cases, what the mainstream handyman (or handywoman) has fixed, is often quick and “looks” good... so immediately you’re impressed with it.
It’s not until later, after you’ve paid a lot of money for the work... and time has passed, the storms have come and gone… that you see the work didn’t fix the underlying issues, that the manufacturer & the handyman points you to the fine print and all that time and money is flushed away... so you need to start all over again and spend some more.
Either way, you've lost big-time!
Finding a Crazy-Good Contractor Isn’t Easy…
That’s because once they become so good… they no longer work with clients as it’s much more lucrative to work on their real estate investment projects.
Unless the work pays good money and the clients somewhat understands construction.
They DON’T look for clients on Thumbtack.
I’m moving into this stage now…
Which is why I’m carefully selecting the clients I work with. Now I’m only taking on clients that are willing to execute their projects the right way… this makes it easier on both of us. I issue a warranty for the service that I can stand behind and you enjoy your home.
But also, I’m only interested in working with serious homeowners that are willing to invest in solid building materials…
Otherwise, it won’t matter how well my crew executes the work if we get bullied into using materials and methods we WON’T honestly use on our own homes.
I won’t be successful unless you are happy for a long, long time… our fortunes are intertwined.
Anyway, you know the importance great contractors makes.
• You also realize that sub-standard materials are harmful to your home.
• You need customer service that doesn’t insult your intelligence.
• You sure want a contractor that gives you peace of mind.
• And the increased satisfaction which comes with all that…
When I tell people, a crazy-good contractor can save you 20%, they usually assume that even an average contractor can cut you a deal too.
This is WRONG… because, if you don’t complete your project using the right materials and methods, you WILL face additional costs in the future…
Once this happens, you expose your home to costly repairs (not to speak of the contents of your home)
From experience, I can tell you crazy-good contractors don’t come around too often.
You may never get a chance to work with one again.
"James and his team took care of leakage issue from our roof on the weekend by replacing vents. His team is very professional in communication, took care of the work with utmost integrity and super friendly to work with!!! Definitely I would work with him again.”
