The roofing project went smoothly and the crew was efficient, professional and conscientious. When we went over the work needed they identified issues and laid out exactly how these would be fixed. Our crew leader David was incredibly helpful during the process. Very pleased with final results.

I was looking to get some information about replacing my roof vents on my home. I called storm guard and they were very responsive and scheduled an appt for me right away. Jason came out and was very nice and gave me lots of information and multiple options. This is the 2nd time Ive had them out and each time they have been so polite and very helpful. I definitely recommend them if you need roof repairs or replacement.

We are building a new home and Storm Guard provided a bid for both the roof and the gutters. Jason Gibson worked with us to ensure we were able to pick the appropriate materials and colors; even went to the paint store to match up the sample metal roof and gutters with our house paint colors. David Crawley, was on top of all the coordination of materials and services, as well as a few issues that we had (no fault to Storm Guard, but our framers); which he helped us immediately resolve. Emily, was timely in responding and coordinating payments. Overall, I can't recommend a company, and team of employees, that provide great service, attention to customer's needs, and timely communication and follow through. Thanks to everyone!Barb & Ron

We have an older home, built in 1977 and recently did some bathroom renovations. Had to enclose a tiny window in the master bath, so no more natural light, ugh. Learned that Storm Guard installed solar tunnels which are smaller versions of skylights, with highly reflective metal tube up to the roof. Is just amazing! They came out and did estimates including some roof repair items needed. Very reasonable, excellent work and communications, very happy with results!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a 50 point inspection process to diagnose issues with your home's exterior and give you a solution to address your needs and meet your budget. If the problem is outside of our wheelhouse, we have a carefully selected group of trade partners that we will refer you to, that will provide you with the same level of trusted service that we expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in continual education to provide manufacturer's best practice. Storm Guard is an RCAT (Roofing Contractor Association of Texas) licensed residential and commercial roofing contractor, as well as a CertainTeed Select Shingle Master, Velux Certified Installer Plus, and Tile Roofing Institute (TRI) manual certified contractor.
