- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing estimates and proposals are provided online to every client we work with in their online portal where they can see inspection photos, documents, communications, make payments and digitally sign/approve to move forward with their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive client information required to start their job file, the client will either be contacted by a member of our friendly staff to get more information about their project or they will receive an email and text with details about their assigned Affluent Exteriors Representative. The Representative will contact the Client to schedule a time for an appointment so they can answer any questions, learn more about the scope of the project, take photos and/or videos, measurements, etc. in order to prepare a proper estimate to do the job. Best of all, our services are completely complementary until you choose us as your contractor and sign our estimate/proposal to do the work. We realize you have the right to hire any contractor of your choosing and frankly, that’s the way it should be. That’s why we do things differently to earn your business and provide you with the VIP experience you deserve.
