I did not have work done so I can not speak to the quality of their work. My review is based off of their sales techniques. I find it unconscionable for a salesperson to ask me to fill out my name and address on the top of a form and sign the bottom - the form was a contract for a roofing job. This is a deceitful business practice. He never even hinted at what he was wanting me to sign. Please READ EVERYTHING before signing! I am sure they are not the only business doing this practice but I find it deplorable. If someone truly wants yours business and is reputable they won't try to trick you into signing a contract.

Hi Pat, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with a contractor. I think you may have mistaken our company with another contractor, possibly - Action Roofing & Remodeling, Inc. out of San Antonio, TX. Our company was never able to make contact with you after we received your contact information. Just to be clear on our process – Action Roofing and Construction Inc. will first come out and assess the job and discuss what materials our customer is interested in. We then schedule a second meeting or arrange a way to provide our customers with a full written quote. If the customer is interested we then move on to the contract - which is always filled out by the sales representative and fully explained to the customer. We make sure to review all items and answer all questions. We completely agree with you and believe the customer should always read everything and have a complete understanding of the entire process, cost, scheduling and payment terms before entering into a contract. Action Roofing covered the hole with 90 patch immediately due to rain. The team that did the replacement was very efficient and took care not to damage plants below the roofline. Great work.

Action Roofing was very professional and courteous and can I say, Awesome for getting my entire roof replaced! My roof was damaged after the last hail storm and my insurance company told me that they would only pay for a repair when my roof had much more damage than they wanted to pay for. Action Roofing's contractor, Jake, assured me that they would get me the whole replacement we deserved. They were right! They handled everything wonderfully and we are so happy we trusted them. Go with Action Roofing!! These guys really know what they are doing!
