- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Listing fees can very from 2.5-3% for the listing side. I always offer 3% to a buyers agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview each other to make sure we’re a good fit. If it’s a seller we meet at the property and game plan to make sure their transaction is set up to be a success. I have all different crews to help get a property up to par and give it perfect markability.

I’ve always been interested and have had a passion for real eatate.
