Real Property Management provides a transparent pricing structure at the front, before entering into the commitment with our clients. We offer different pricing package, so you can always find one suits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate you consider handing us your rental property, one of the largest investments in life for many people. Our relationship will be built on trust, integrity, and transparency, as a result, our typical process for working with a new customer is to start a detailed conversation, ideally in person at the rental property, or through Zoom for clients who are not in local. In this case, both of us can have a virtual feeling to see if we are a potential fit to work together for a long period of time.

Experienced residential property manager since 2004, with rental properties, land development, foreclosure, and eviction backgrounds.
