- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We being with a consultation with the owner to learn about the property and understand the owners property management needs. During the consultation we will do a comprehensive analysis of the property to see the rental rates in the market for similar properties. We will go over our Property Management agreement. We offer and agreement not a contract, the agreement can be cancelled with a written 30-day notice . We want you business because we earn in! Not because your locked into a contact. Once we agree on the terms we being our onboarding the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Anna and I are Licensed Real Estate agents, we have managed properties for over 10 years. We are members of NARPM, NAR, TAR. We strive to be on the cutting edge of training by seaking continuing education classes that will give us the edge needed to market, manage, and provide profitability to our property owners.
