We aim to be as reasonable as possible with our pricing. We customize the pricing according to the job and what the project/property needs will be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We originally began in Real Estate & Property Management. After managing several types of properties, we saw how much maintenance and repair is involved in keeping these estates in the best shape possible. Our goal in starting a maintenance department was to provide repair services to property owners in the most cost-effective way possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with owners of commercial properties, residential properties, and multi-family properties. We have worked with Property Management companies and commercial real estate groups.
