Real Estate Services: 1. Real Estate Purchase Cost: 3% of Sale Price.(PAID BY SELLER UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE) 2. Real Estate Listing Cost: 6% of sale price (3% to buyer side and 3% to seller side)
