- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is unique to the case. We’ll create an accurate estimate based on the information you provide during your free consultation. $75/hr. is standard for most field work. Flat rates do apply in certain situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients will provide any and all necessary information to get started our team during the initial free consultation. If they accept the quoted price and would like the investigation to begin, they will provide their identification and sign a service contract. Upon conclusion of the investigation, payment is expected in full.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has numerous years of law enforcement, criminal investigations, private security and executive protection experience, having worked on a multitude of cases and taken specialized certification and training courses related to this line of work.
