We are very experienced with pressure washing homes, roofs, driveways, patios, decks, etc., as well as staining decks and fences to increase the appeal and value of your property! We hired The Local Dad for a fence stain info project. He was super responsive throughout the project, was very respectful of the neighbors when he went into their yard to stain, and when we had to reschedule due to rain, was super easy to schedule with even though he had to push back all of his projects with the rain. Highly recommend.

We had a deck built last year and never got to staining and sealing it. E.J. came out on the weekend to give me an estimate and talk through the project. He was back the next day to start and had it done 48 hours later. Deck stain he chose looks great and we are happy to have the project completed. Would for sure use again for outdoor projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different from residential to commercial. Price depends on the size of the project. I typically work with anyone on pricing and am very straight up with the price. If something happens that takes me longer to do the job, the price stays the same!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand every detail of the job from the customer up front so that there is no miscommunication. Customer service is key for me and I don't want the customer to have any unwanted surprises like change in price when it's all said and done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been pressure washing various homes for about 10 years now and figured it would be a great time to start putting it out there!
