We hired The Local Dad for a fence stain info project. He was super responsive throughout the project, was very respectful of the neighbors when he went into their yard to stain, and when we had to reschedule due to rain, was super easy to schedule with even though he had to push back all of his projects with the rain. Highly recommend.

E.J. Did a fantastic job staining our fence and power washing our patio. He even returned to clean up a few spots that had stain on them. Price was very fair and quality of work was fantastic.

The Local Dad are amazing guys, that did for us unbelievable job! They saved our cedar deck after unprofessional “repair”. Our deck was damaged with Texas sun and heat and we got a contractor who promised to fix it quickly and with high quality (and not chip), but instead of this we overpaid and deck was just poorly sanded and than stained with full-coverage color. So basically we got “plastic” effect and wooden texture was totally lost. Vincent from The Local Dad could clean everything, sand it very nice and then showed us all the color options. Basically The Local Dad team fully restore the deck! For only 3 days! Best contractors ever! 5 stars! Definitely would recommend and cooperate in future! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different from residential to commercial. Price depends on the size of the project. I typically work with anyone on pricing and am very straight up with the price. If something happens that takes me longer to do the job, the price stays the same!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand every detail of the job from the customer up front so that there is no miscommunication. Customer service is key for me and I don't want the customer to have any unwanted surprises like change in price when it's all said and done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been pressure washing various homes for about 10 years now and figured it would be a great time to start putting it out there!
