- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start where YOU DO. Not everyone comes in at a high level of fitness, and likewise some come in with more experience then others. My training is customized to a clients needs and fitness goals. The process and programming is purely dependent on what YOU want to achieve.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My testimony for fitness is very strong. The benefits of a fit lifestyle not limited to aesthetics and washboard abs. I got into fitness with the goal of aesthetics in mind. While getting a better physique I found a true universal medicine; a disciplined lifestyle of consistent exercise and balanced diet. Not only did my shirts fit a bit tighter around the right places but, my mental and physical health sky rocketed. How could I not share such an amazing experience!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have trained people of all different backgrounds and fitness levels! I do especially well with those who are stuck in a chair for most of the day and those want to achieve a higher level of muscular strength growth.
