- No Contracts - No Fees - 24 Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy - Online: billed per month - In-Person: billed every 1, 2, or 4 weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation: Discuss your goals and training history, introduce a preliminary diet/training plan, and answer any lingering questions. 2. Education: Access various educational document, videos, and 1:1 meetings to learn about energy balance/macronutrients, diet strategies, and training variables. 2. Measurements: Measure and record body metrics as well as progress photos. 3. Program Walk-Through: Master the movement mechanics of each exercise, and note the many nuances of training (e.g. effort level, rest times). 4. Progress/Adjustments: Ensure progress via quantitative data, and adjust training variables to adapt to plateaus, injuries, and changes in goals. 5. Become friends and have fun!
