Introduction
My name is Will Cho, a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), professionally trained by the UCLA Fitness Leadership Program. Graduating top of my class at UCLA with over 14 years of experience in both traditional and strength sports, I specialize in muscular growth, strength, body mechanics, mobility, and body recomposition, with secondary teachings in plyometrics and cardiovascular training. I help clients look forward to their workouts, embrace the resistance training community, and build everyday confidence. Now, why train with Will? At the core of my training philosophy lie the salient principles of resistance training: specificity, progressive overload, variation, and fatigue management. Utilizing current scientific literature to inform my decisions (i.e. 780+ citations of self-study AND 4+ certifications), I value empirical evidence over popularity. The mechanistic theory and/or applied research must be sound prior to integration, although anecdotal evidence and placebo effects may be relevant if data is sparse or difficult to find. Moreover, I never prescribe anything I wouldn’t do myself. Training is filtered through my notably high standard for adopting new training, recovery, & dietary strategies, as shown through a decade of practical application. And at the end of the day, I am genuinely passionate about exercise, human biomechanics, and improving peoples’ lives, thus, being intrinsically driven towards your success and safety. Will's basically everything you'd want in a trainer. He's extremely passionate about lifting & fitness in general, but is also extremely invested in being the best trainer for the individual client that he can be. I've seen him go out of his way to take courses and do research so that he can answer any possible questions a client may have regarding flexibility, strength, mobility, etc.But he's also incredibly empathetic, and will work with clients at the level that they want to, which isn't common amongst trainers at Will's caliber. He's also a consummate professional, and takes being on time/proper communication with clients etc. very seriously.Bottom line, he's super chill, knowledgable, and motivating, and can work with you at any step of your fitness journey. Highly recommended.

Will Cho is the real deal. My partner and I met him in early October because we rarely if ever exercised and had gained a lot of weight. We desperately needed help! Will not only built us a thorough weight training program that targeted all of our muscle groups, he tracks every workout and our performances so we can consistently improve. For reference, Im a petite woman that could deadlift maybe 60 pounds when I first met him. I can now deadlift 185 pounds. Additionally, my partner wanted insight into the diet side, Will gave him the latest science and helped him lose 20+ pounds in a few short months. But what impresses me most is his keen eye to form, his tracking and use of data to ensure we are safely progressing, and lastly, his passion and motivation to continually learn and never stay stagnant. Hes an all-around great human so I highly recommend training with Will Cho!

Will takes great pride in what he does, his passion for fitness shows through in every workout Ive done with him. My fianc and I know we arent the type of the people that just go to the gym and workout by ourselves, we need constant accountability to make sure we stick with it, and Will definitely provides it! Will focuses on the science behind the workouts and tailors the programming to the individual to make sure you are getting the most out of every workout. I have lost over 50 pounds since starting with Will, while building more muscle than I ever have in my lifetime. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a trainer to listen to what Will has to say and know he has your best interest at heart.
