- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a 5%, 10% and 15% discount on 6, 14 and 30 sessions respectfully. All sessions are paid in advance. Cancellations made within a 24 hour period will be charged to client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet or speak to my client by phone to conduct a consult to help me better understand their goals, experiences and current circumstances. This allows me to "prescribe" the proper fitness program or nutrition coaching principles that best meets their desires. If applicable, I tailor both the fitness programming and nutrition coaching to begin with small manageable steps, I progress my clients only when they and I agree that they're ready to advance their efforts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My fitness training vocation is supported through my certification as a certified fitness trainer with the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). Additionally, I have a bachelors degree in Nutrition Science and certifications in wellness consulting and holistic nutritional consulting. I use these educational experiences in providing nutrition coaching as a stand alone and add-on service to fitness training.
