My focus is sustainable, holistic lifestyle management. This program may include strength training, cardiovascular exercises, mobility work, nutritional guidance, as well as any relevant lifestyle/behavioral modifications necessary outside of the gym. 4. Training Sessions: We begin our training sessions, focusing on proper technique, progression, and ensuring exercises are safe and effective. Sessions are challenging yet enjoyable, tailored to your individual needs, and evolving as you progress. 5. Ongoing Support and Adjustments: Throughout our journey together, I provide continuous support, motivation, and guidance. I monitor your progress closely, making adjustments to your program as necessary to ensure you stay on track toward achieving your goals. 6. Nutritional Guidance: In addition to training, I offer nutritional guidance, including personalized meal plans, supplements, and additional resources to support your overall health and fitness objectives. 7. Regular Communication: This is a must. I encourage open dialogue and regular check-ins to discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns, and celebrate milestones along the way.

Noah was my personal trainer for a year and was excellent in producing results! He knew when to push and was always highly engaging in each workout. He varied the workouts so that it did not get monotonous and I looked forward to each session. I not only felt stronger after working out with him but he also put me in a strong position to regain my cardio fitness levels back to my half marathon running days. Would highly recommend Noah for anyone who wants to continue staying in shape or want to start their fitness journey as a beginner.
