- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is clear and upfront: 8 sessions per month (2x weekly): $750/month 5 sessions per month: $500/month A monthly travel fee of $50 applies for clients located more than 15 minutes away, added directly into the monthly payment (totaling $800 for 8 sessions, or $550 for 5 sessions). Packages must be prepaid monthly—single-session training or pay-as-you-go sessions are not available. Sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over. I do not currently offer discounts, but I ensure every client receives high-value personalized training and guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My onboarding process is simple, clear, and designed to set clients up for success: Initial Consultation: We begin with a brief consultation call or meeting to discuss your fitness goals, health history, preferences, and availability, ensuring we're a good fit to work together. Complete Intake Forms: You'll complete a Client Intake and Goal Setting Form to help me better understand your fitness level, goals, limitations, and lifestyle. Monthly Payment and Scheduling: Once you're ready, you'll choose your preferred training package and complete your monthly payment upfront. We then schedule your training sessions at times convenient for you. Customized Training Program: I'll create a personalized fitness plan designed specifically to your goals, fitness level, and preferences, adjusting as needed to ensure continuous progress. Start Training: We'll begin our sessions according to your schedule, monitoring your progress closely, adapting the training plan as we go, and providing ongoing support and accountability. My goal is always clear communication and a smooth, supportive experience from day one.
