FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I like to keep things straightforward and flexible. My approach involves a per-month payment system with a minimum commitment of three months, ensuring that you have ample time to see real progress and results. Plus, for those looking to maximize their savings, I offer the Pay in Full (PIF) option. This means you can choose to pay for the entire three-month period upfront, giving you peace of mind and potentially saving you even more in the long run. It's all about providing you with options that fit your needs and budget while ensuring you receive the best value for your investment in your health and fitness journey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first start with a phone consultation to go over goals and any possible injuries. From there we would schedule a free training session before deciding on committing on personal training. I think it’s important that customer and personal trainer see if it would be a good fit before starting training. During the duration of training it’s important that both trainer and client are properly and consistently communicating in order to get the best of the personal training experience.
