FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to work with highly committed individuals like yourself who understand the value of top-notch training and coaching. Our track record speaks for itself—we've helped numerous clients succeed and are eager to help you crush your mobility and strength goals. Our programs are designed to be flexible and accommodate various budgets. Prices start at $460 monthly, but they may increase depending on your goals and commitments. Our aim is to have you at the gym 2-3 times per week, encouraging long-term commitments and higher training frequencies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as you step into our facility, we embark on a journey of individual evaluation and assessment. Our intake process is uniquely tailored to you, reflecting our commitment to understanding your needs and helping you achieve holistic improvement. Be prepared to dedicate 60-90 minutes to discuss your goals and undergo a comprehensive physical evaluation, known as our Motive Mobility Screen. For those requiring a more in-depth understanding of their body and joints, we offer the thorough Functional Range Assessment. Once we have the information, we plan to get you where you need to go. We will set goals, take the appropriate progress tracking measurements, and then hit the ground running. You can expect to train with us at least twice per week, and you will receive a personalized program that we encourage you to follow outside of Motive Training. Your active participation in this program is crucial for your success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Motive Training uses the best movement and assessment practices known to personal trainers in the fitness industry: Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). FRC is a world-recognized organization that teaches clients to understand their bodies better and improve joint range of motion. Our entire staff is trained in more than one FRC-based certification, from performing assessments to movement coaching. Motive Training’s systems revolve around assessing clients individually and giving them the tools and coaching they need to improve their movement for good. When you step into Motive Training, prepare to fine-tune the basics, improve painful joints, build a resilient body, and feel better than ever before.
