Sessions are discounted based on training package. 1 session = $150 vs 15 sessions = $1500(100 per)

A typical process for working with a new client is getting to know their health and fitness history. Helping them set a SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal. Programming a workout routine tailored to helping them reach said goals.
