Hey guess what I'll only work out if I am forced to go to a personal trainer, so I called Chris Protein. Chris Protein has taken me from 140 slim to 165 lbs athletic in 50ish sessions. He has a low pressure type of training style that I like. I only workout like 2 times a month and we have gotten results! Felt pretty easy, I'm a fan of that. He will know how to improve you. Call Chris Protein after you read this last word

I have been on the search for a personal trainer for a long time, and with Chris I definitely found one that will help me reach my fitness and nutrition goals. As a P90X, Insanity, and Body Beast Grad, I consider myself to be in good shape. I just didn't see the results in my body as I would have liked. I was nowhere I wanted to be, I had definitely been stuck in a plateau for the past couple of months. I hit a point where I was continually going through the motions of working out, but getting absolutely nothing out of it. Then on Thanksgiving, as I ate my second serving of whatever it was, I put down my plate and realized my lack of a nutrition plan was not going to get me anywhere. So I contacted Chris for my FREE evaluation session. After I came in, he broke down what I was going to need to do and change about my current workout situation. I saw he was determined and interested in helping me achieve my goals. At this point I realized that working out at home would no longer benefit me as I've done all I could by myself. What I needed is to go to the next step and get with a trainer who knew what they were doing, and could help me learn what I was doing in the process. At an affordable rate, I was able to get training sessions, a customized meal plan, and a training plan laid out for me. In the short time I've been with Chris, I've already seen some significant changes in my body in the direction that I want it to go. Chris has been nothing but helpful, and accessible as I constantly have questions on form, my meals, and etc. In addition to having Chris as my personal trainer he has improved my form incredibly. The at home programs I was used had not necessarily enforced good form 100%. The improvements I have made with my form have definitely helped my growth and progress as I continue to step into the gym. Everyone's goals are different, and Chris customizes a plan completely for you. So whether you are looking to gain mass/muscle, lose weight and tone, or just start moving you should definitely give Chris a call and talk to him about becoming your Personal Trainer.

Before I met Chris, I had tried just about everything to get what I thought was a perfect body. However, no matter how much triathlon training, crossfit, running, and watching what I ate, I couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted. I was already working very hard by preparing vegetarian food and spending lots of time doing cardio. I initially had reservations about hiring a trainer because I thought it would be too expensive. I also thought I should be smart enough to figure it out on my own. But, after 33 years, I finally decided to hire a professional. Within a month of working with Chris, I saw significant results. I was stunned. After four months, he helped me achieve the beach body that I wanted for a trip to Miami. With just one training session a week, the benefits have way exceeded the cost. After Miami, now Chris is helping me to build up my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with the results that Chris helped me achieve. I've gotten never gotten so many compliments and stares in my life. The best part is that I finally have a great physique that I can maintain. I highly recommend hiring him!!

Chris has been an excellent trainer. Beggining to excercise again or just trying to push yourself past your own limits can be overwhelming! At least it was for me. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgable, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help you obtain your goals, then I can't recommend anyone better.
