- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and simple. One on one hour long training sessions range from $70 to $90 depending on the trainer. Half hour and two person sessions range from $42 to $50 depending on the trainer. All training packages include full nutrition guidance, workout plans, habit/accountability coaching, progress measurements, gym membership, and full fitness app along with sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start you'll come in for an initial free session and consultation. We call it the 'Transformation Session'. At the session we'll go over your goals, preferences, diet and exercise experience. Then you'll do a workout, and body measurements, and then we'll put together a customized plan for you to reach your goals. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about helping others. All trainers have years of experience, are certified, and have completed an in depth training process. We have all the tools and necessary experience to guide you to the best shape of your life healthily and efficiently.
