Hi! I provide small group workouts as well as 1:1 training that focus on developing functional strength, stamina and core stability. I truly care about my clients overall well-being and about building great relationships that will improve your quality of life. My training facility is located in North Austin (Domain) but I am also mobile. My unique style of training which consists of boxing conditioning and resistance training allow you to build lean muscle and burn fat simultaneously.

Brian is absolutely amazing!! This is my 3rd week working with him, and I’ve lost over 23” all over, am seeing improvements and am feeling confident again. He knows how to gauge what level you’re at and just how much you can handle. I even got my boyfriend to work out with him too! Thanks Brian!

Brian is an excellent personal trainer. I worked with him on weight loss and flexibility. He is a great motivator during workouts and follows up between sessions with tips and tools for everyday use. I once described an issue my workout partner was having and he was able to suggest stretches that helped her. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to train!
