Hi! I provide small group workouts as well as 1:1 training that focus on developing functional strength, stamina and core stability. I truly care about my clients overall well-being and about building great relationships that will improve your quality of life. My training facility is located in North Austin (Domain) but I am also mobile. My unique style of training which consists of boxing conditioning and resistance training allow you to build lean muscle and burn fat simultaneously.

Training with Coach Brian has been an incredible experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable- he truly understands the science behind fitness and nutrition- and he uses that expertise to create workouts that are tailored to my goals. What I appreciate most is how genuine he is. He pays attention, communicates clearly, and always shows up ready to help me succeed. The environment he creates is both fun and focused, and it keeps me motivated every session. I’m already feeling stronger and seeing real progress. Highly recommend!

Brian Moss is one of the best trainers I've ever trained with. B Moss brings twists on conventional workouts that leave you wondering how simple movements can you leave you feeling both sore and invigorated. The workouts are always holistic; cardio, strength, and flexibility are all considered. The workouts are tailored for your level of readiness and with his help, you'll make the progress you want. He's a great motivator - he'll let you know when you're slacking, and give you praise for your efforts. I whole-heartedly recommend Brian Moss for any and all levels of personal training goals.

Brian is an excellent personal trainer. I worked with him on weight loss and flexibility. He is a great motivator during workouts and follows up between sessions with tips and tools for everyday use. I once described an issue my workout partner was having and he was able to suggest stretches that helped her. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to train!

I worked with Brian specifically to train my body and prepare for an upcoming surgery. He knew exactly what exercises I needed to do to be prepared for what I was about to endure. To boot, he was personable, knowledgable, respectful and all in all a great trainer. I can’t say enough about him. He has also worked with my husband and son. I would definitely recommend him for any and all of your training needs. You can’t go wrong!
