Had the best experience using a personal trainer with Alex. She always made me feel confident and worked with the confines of my comfort and physical ability. I am recovering from multiple knee injuries and she drastically contributed to my recovery (assisted by her knowledge as a PTA). Historically, I've also had a lot of low self-esteem and anxiety going to the gym; personal training with Alex made me feel excited to go to the gym for the first time. Alexandra is very knowledgeable about anatomy and she is a licensed physical therapist assistant, as a personal trainer myself I love to get different perspectives of training and the human body. Not only was she helpful with this, but also knowledge of lens therapy that aided me in aspects beyond the gym! Highly recommend

My wife and I were looking for a personal trainer when we deciced to begin working out for the first time since having our daughter and we must say that Alex has been the perfect match for us. She's been a pleasure to work with - she has made our workouts very enjoyable, something we have started looking forward to every week. She is very flexible with schedules and is super responsive. Her workouts have been awesome too - a lot of variety in them with strong focus on strength, flexibility, form and nutrition. They also keep getting challenging every week which is great. She has also been working specifically on post pregnancy workouts with my wife. For the days we are training ourselves she gives us workout plans with pictures and videos. We would highly recommend her for anyone who's looking for a personal trainer.
