- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at a rate of $60/hr and $40/hr per additional assistant organizer. Our minimum is 3 hours and we will work up to 8 hour sessions. You can learn more about our rates and policies on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to discuss what type of organization you are looking for and determine if we are a good fit for each other. From there we schedule a walk through or virtual consultation in which I will go through every detail of your space with you and form a game plan as well as determine if any purchases need to be made before the organizing session. At the time of the in-home consultation, a date will be scheduled for the organizing session. The rest is magic!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of experience in customer service. I am constantly working to further educate myself and expand upon my skill sets in my field. Organizing is my passion in life so I am always reading up on new developments, products and research in our industry. My clients are and will always be my greatest teachers.
